    I’m Lela Pirouet, founder of ALL Compliance. With 14 years’ experience in health and safety, I’ve worked across heavy industry, logistics, healthcare, housing and corporate environments, progressing from hands on operational support to senior leadership roles.


    I hold a Postgraduate Certificate in Safety, Health and Environmental Management, alongside NEBOSH qualifications in General Health and Safety, Fire Safety and Risk Management. I’m a Certified Member of IOSH and a qualified SSIP Assessor.


    I set up ALL Compliance to offer practical, proportionate advice that works for the people doing the job. My experience includes auditing, management systems, investigations and supporting health and safety teams, and helping businesses understand where they are and what they need to improve.


    I’m approachable, fair and realistic. I take time to listen, understand your business and work with your team to find sensible solutions. Whether you need an audit, ongoing advice or support with a particular project, my aim is to give you clear guidance and confidence in your next steps.
